Our Principal Solicitor, Ciarán Mulholland has been instrumental in developing the Criminal Justice landscape in this jurisdiction given his determination to uphold clients’ best interests.

We have brought numerous test cases before the Higher Courts, to include that of the Supreme Court and the Superior Courts in Luxembourg and Strasbourg which have evolved the role of Solicitors in pre-trial criminal proceedings to include that of the noted case of Barry Doyle v Ireland ECtHR 51979/2017.

Our office operates a duty solicitor facility which is operational out of normal business hours in the event of an arrest – therefore should a client find themselves in custody they can require of our professional services.
