Here at Mulholland Law, we are strong advocates of the presumption of innocence and the right of all citizens to a fair trial, irrespective of who they are or what they are being accused of.
After a decade working in the legal profession throughout the Island of Ireland, most recently as partner with a leading Dublin City law firm and a tutor with the Law Society of Ireland our Principal, founding Solicitor Ciarán Mulholland decided, with great passion and enthusiasm, to embark on the next chapter in his legal career by founding a boutique litigation law firm.
Mulholland Law Solicitors Dundalk was born in 2019. Based at our contemporary offices in the heart of the border town of Dundalk we operate throughout Ireland. We focus on high profile Criminal Defence cases, public interest Human Rights suits and Civil Litigation, mostly Personal Injury Prosecutions and Extradition challenges.
Our practice offers a unique consultancy services in collaboration with our partners in the financial in IT sectors for businesses and those impacted by Brexit and GDPR.
The mural art captured in portraying the vibrancy of Dundalk Town are credited to each individual artist as part of the public funded SEEK Urban Arts Festival.
