CONSULTATION FEES & COSTS:
The payment of €100 plus VAT is a necessary preliminary fee for arranging a consultation* with a member of staff and to ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements. The consultation will be arranged at the earliest opportunity and may take place remotely or in person subject to availability of staff.
*The payment of an administrative consultation fee is not an indication that instructions are accepted. This consultation will be private and subject to legal professional privilege.
It is our policy to provide a highly efficient costs effective service for all our clients. Every Mulholland Law client will be furnished with a Section 150 at the outset of litigation in promotion of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015. An administration fee of €100 plus VAT is required to open a new file to ensure we comply with KYC/GDPR best practice.
