Solicitor

 

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are delighted to announce an available position for a Solicitor at our vibrant law firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated solicitor who is eager to maintain the highest standards when representing our clients.

This opportunity is well-suited for a driven graduate. The role encompasses a dynamic and varied range of responsibilities. 

Solicitor Role:

  • Court attendances
  • Garda Station Interviews
  • Prison Visits – remote & physical
  • Carrying out legal research
  • Taking instructions from clients and briefing counsel
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of specific legal projects within set
  • Ad hoc legal administration work as required
  • Full-Time role Monday to Friday with rotation on call duties
  • Key Requirements:
  • NQ – 2years PQE
  • An eagerness to participate in the Mulholland Law team
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Case Management
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to prioritise own workload
  • Good interpersonal skills working with a variety of clients and barristers.

There will be a competitive salary with benefits included.

Legal Receptionist/Secretary IMMEDIATE START

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are delighted to announce an available position for a Legal Secretary/Receptionist at our vibrant law firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated solicitor who is eager to maintain the highest standards when representing our clients. This opportunity is well-suited for a driven graduate. The role encompasses a dynamic and varied range of responsibilities, with the possibility of a blended approach, including remote work as needed.

 

  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Strong MS office skills and digital dictation typing skills.
  • Confident with professional communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail is extremely important
  • Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Format information for internal and external communication as required – emails, letters, via Dictaphone typing.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence and post.
  • Manage confidential correspondence in a discreet manner.
  • In-depth experience of providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense report.
  • Organisational skills, personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands and key communication skills.
  • Practical, action-orientated approach to managing priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to use initiative, pre-empt requests, confidentiality, and an eye for detail.
  • Outstanding organisational skills are essential, including the ability to work independently.
  • Strong IT skills / computer literate (Microsoft Office Packages).

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €25,000.00 per year

PARALEGAL/LEGAL EXECUTIVE VACANCY – IMMEDIATE START

Due to the continued growth of Mulholland Law we are delighted to announce the opening of a Legal Executive/Paralegal vacancy at our vibrant law firm. The practice seeks to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated lawyer who has an eagerness to represent clients to the highest standards. This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious law graduate. This vacancy is a dynamic and varied role which may compliment a remote and blended approach on some occasions.

 

Paralegal Role:

  • Court attendances
  • Prison Visits – remote & physical
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support
  • Carrying out legal research
  • Taking instructions from clients and briefing counsel
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of specific legal projects within set deadlines.
  • Ad hoc legal administration work as required

 

Key Requirements:

  • An eagerness to learn and participate in the Mulholland Law team
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Case Management
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to prioritise own workload
  • Good interpersonal skills working with a variety of clients, barristers, and experts.
  • Ability to travel is essential
  • Previous experience is essential.

Pay: €28,000.00 per year
